Austin City Limits was simply amazing.
Beck, Galactic, Manu Chao, Band Of Horses, David Byrne, Erykah Badu.
awesome awesome awesome.

It made me fall even more deeply in love with Austin and made me desperately want to move there.
I don't want to leave Texas.
But I turned in my 60 day notice to the apartment people today.

This Morning

I came up with a brilliant idea for a children's story. I can't tell you because you will steal my idea. I've never thought about writing children's stories before but the story found me so I guess its got to happen. It will of course have adult themes demurely hidden in innocence, as all the best children's stories do.

Somebody made me pancakes last night! it was delightful.

Somebody else bought me a veggie sandwich yesterday. it was also delightful.

Life at the Time Company

tick tick tick tick....for awhile I thought there was a bomb hidden in my desk, then I found a clock in the trashcan. It is still ticking, but just ticking, not tocking. Also it has no hands.

Sometimes the mornings come to early. They sneak up, jump through the dawn instead of slowly stretching.

Onward into unavoidable connection

As much as I enjoy being in the "real" world and out of the computer world when i'm not at work, and as much as I make fun of my friends for their bluetooth ipod phone cameras with facebook, gps and built in espresso machine I finally got convinced that starting a blog thing a ma jig could be a good idea. I guess I have many thoughts that could use a place to go. Does anyone really care about my hippy veggie Texan ways? I guess we will see.
